How to use HarvestMap

A quick guide for publishers in the Calgary Twi field. Keep it on your phone or print it.

1. 1Open your territory

   Tap My territories, then Open. Or open the link or QR code the territory servant sent you.

   Once it has opened with a signal, it also works without internet.

2. 2Go from door to door

   Choose Street order, or Nearest to me to start with the closest door. Tap Directions for the way.

   To do shows the doors left; Not home shows where to try again; Done shows what you finished.

3. 3Record what happened

   After each door tap one button: Contacted, Not home or Letter left. More… has Not Twi, Moved and Do not call.

   Never go to a door marked ⛔ Do not call or No trespassing.

4. 4Plan a return visit

   After Contacted, answer “Go back to them?”: choose when, add a note, and paste a JW.org link to share.

   You'll get a reminder. Your return visits are under My territories, with the link one tap away.

5. 5Invite people you meet

   Met Ghanaians who would welcome a visit? Tap Invite and let them scan your QR code, or send it on WhatsApp.

   They fill in their own details. You can also print invite cards to hand out.

6. 6Phone and letters

   If you have a phone or letter list, open it from My territories. Tap Call, then record how it went. Letter lists can print address labels.

7. 7Met a Twi speaker somewhere else?

   Tap Report and give the address. The Twi group will follow up.

8. 8Finished?

   At the bottom of the territory tap Return – worked (or unworked if you couldn't finish).
